Healthcare Inspection Access to Care, Diagnosis, and Treatment at Community Based Outpatient Clinics in Smyrna and Rome, Georgia

The purpose of this review was to determine the merit of allegations that a veteran was denied access to care at a community based outpatient clinic and whether that same veteran was not diagnosed or treated for lip cancer and decreased renal function. We did not substantiate that the veteran was denied care. We did not substantiate that that the lip cancer or decreased renal function were not diagnosed or treated. We made no recommendations.
