Summary
The purpose of the review was to evaluate selected operations, focusing on patient care administration and quality management (QM). This review covered four operational activities. We also followed up on three review areas from the prior CAP review. The health care system (HCS) complied with selected standards in patient satisfaction survey scores. We highlighted positive achievements in pharmacy and emergency preparedness programs.
