Summary
The purpose of the review was to evaluate selected operations, focusing on patient care administration and quality management (QM). During the review, we provided crime awareness briefings to 496 employees. The review focused on eight operational activities. The facility complied with selected standards in the reusable medical equipment activity. The facility reported as accomplishments its award-winning patient flow program, a model domiciliary program, and a patient-centered care program that resulted in improved patient satisfaction.
