Summary

Summary
The purpose of the review was to evaluate selected operations, focusing on patient care administration and quality management (QM). During the review, we provided crime awareness briefings to 62 employees. This review focused on seven operational activities. The facility complied with selected standards in the following three activities (1) Management of Multidrug Resistant Organisms (2) Management of Test Results, and (3) Medication Management. The facility reported the reduction in hospital acquired Clostridium difficile infections and the reduction of hospital-acquired pressure ulcers as accomplishments. We made recommendations for improvements in the following four activities: Environment of Care. QM. Physician C&P. Coordination of Care.
