Summary

Summary
The purpose of the review was to evaluate selected operations, focusing on patient care administration and quality management (QM). During the review, we provided crime awareness briefings to 83 employees. This review focused on seven operational activities. The facility complied with selected standards in the following two activities (1) coordination of care and (2) environment of care. The facility reported its successful use of Housing and Urban Development-Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing vouchers to assist homeless veterans as an accomplishment. We made recommendations for improvements in the following five activities: Reusable medical equipment. Suicide prevention safety plans. QM. Medication management. Physician credentialing and privileging.
