Administrative Investigation, Irregularities in Employee Relocation Reimbursements and the Workers' Compensation Program, VA Medical Center West Palm Beach, FL

We substantiated that Mr. Seiler, XXXXX, XXXXX, and XXXXX intentionally violated Federal regulations and VA policy regarding reimbursement of relocation expenses for Federal employees transferring to the Medical Center's Blind Rehabilitation Center. These officials authorized the transferring employees reimbursement of some, but not all, of the expenses to which they were entitled.
